- Post an e-mail to all HomeLife associates on our company intranet.
- Professionally photograph your home for both digital and print media promotions.
- Verify with you listing accuracy as published in the MLS.
- Prepare a Colour Brochure of your home and highlight all special features.
- Place a Feature Sheet in our office window & Willowbrook Kiosk.
- Post a New Listing announcement on Internet newsgroups.
- E-mail New Listing announcement to all local Realtors in my network.
- Submit photographs and ad copy to Real Estate Weekly.
- Contact all present and past clients for buyer leads.
- Send Open House Announcements to local Brokers.
- Place copies of keys at our branch offices for out of area Realtors.
- Install information box on sign with brochures for prospective buyers.

- Hold Public Open House - If Appropriate.
- Call you weekly, with showing activity and feedback.
- Mail weekly Marketing and Showing Activity Updates.
- Submit Listing to Internet services: Jurock.com, Yahoo.ca etc...
- Print & distribute "Just Listed" Mailing Announcements.
- Write & Submit Press Releases to all local media.
- Mail "Just Listed" Announcements to Target Group
- Update Marketing Plan & review recent listings and sales, monthly.
- Keep you informed throughout the listing period.
- Represent you at all negotiations on the sale of your home.
- Be available to you before, during and after the sale.
We will perform all of the activities as stated in our detailed marketing plan for your home. We will communicate with you weekly, keep you informed of all buyer and agent feedback, and update you with changing market conditions. We will represent you exclusively, professionally and honestly as your Seller's Agent. We will keep your best interests above all else.
If for any reason you feel that we have not performed these services to your satisfaction, we would of course, like the opportunity to correct the problem. But if the problem is not corrected to your satisfaction, you may cancel our listing agreement with no penalty or cost to you.
